God is our shelter and our strength-- a help that is always, always there in trouble.

So we will not be afraid, even if the earth gives way, even if mountains collapse into the heart of the sea,

even if its waters roar and churn, even if mountains shake at its surging. Selah

There is a river whose streams bring joy to the city of God-- the set-apart home of the Most High.

God is right there in the middle of her--she will not fall. God helps her when morning breaks.

Nations roar, kingdoms crumble-- he speaks, and the earth melts away.

Yahweh, Commander of angel armies, is with us. The God of Jacob is our fortress. Selah

Come, look at what Yahweh has done, the stunning things he has brought on the earth--

He puts an end to wars across the whole earth. He snaps the bow, shatters the spear, and sets the war chariots on fire.

"Let go. Know that I am God. I will be honored among the nations. I will be honored throughout the earth."
